RETURN POLICY - If the buyer and seller come to an agreement for a return & refund of a damaged item, the item MUST be postmarked from your shipping carrier BEFORE YOUR EVENT DATE and *within 48 hours* of your request to return and refund. Otherwise, the return will NOT BE REFUNDED due to the potential use at the event. Thank you for understanding!

CAN YOU ADD DRAWINGS INTO YOUR CUSTOM SIGNS?
Absolutely! I'd love to add a special touch to your customized sign. Just simply select "REQUEST CUSTOM ORDER" and send me a message detailing the request with any questions you have, and I will get back to you ASAP with what I can do for you. Additional fees apply on certain requests.
It really helps if you attach a photo of the type of drawing addition you'd like with your quote!
DO YOU USE VINYL ON CUSTOM SIGNS AND GIFTS?
No, I do not carry vinyl products - everything is handlettered in paint or pen.
DO SALES AND COUPON CODES APPLY TO CUSTOM ORDER REQUESTS?
Unfortunately, I do not accept sale prices or discount codes to be used on custom listings! Any available discounts that can apply to your order will already be included in the customized listing! Nochta Boutique reserves the right to decline the sale and fully refund any order using coupon codes on ineligible, private listings. If you have any questions about this, feel free to ask! CAN I CANCEL, RETURN OR EXCHANGE SIGNS?
In most cases, returns and exchanges are not accepted! Each sign is custom to what your size, color, and wording preferences are so exhanges would require a complete remake of the sign - If you have a problem with your order, please reach out and I will help find a solution!

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?
In RARE cases: Please send me a message within *24 hours* of the delivery notification provided to both the buyer and seller via USPS. Please keep ALL PACKAGING and CONTENTS of the package and you will be required to send photos of the interior and exterior of the package, all shipping and packaging materials within the package, and a few photos of the damage itself. You will verify the claim through a verification link.
If you choose to get a refund, you will need to return the sign within 48 hrs./BEFORE your event date and will still be required to follow the insurance claim information noted in the above statement. Rush processing is a SERVICE and is nonrefundable. Failure to return before the event *will disqualify refund eligibility*.
